Trout Eating Cheerios

When I was three I was brought fishing for trout. We caught some, of course, and this guy was flopping around the boat going bup bup bup with his little mouth. I figured he was clearly hungry for my Cheerios, so scooped him up, wrapped it in a blanket and fed him my snacks. I’m just imagining this poor thing gasping for water getting cereal shoved down his throat by a doting toddler. This totes adorbs moment is one not to forget, so has been immortalized on this ceramic platter. I imagine it being perfect for serving, well… stuffed trout.
